AGE OF DRIVER: At least 1 year driving licence

DRIVING LICENCE: 

• Scooter 50cc: AM with a minimum of 19  years old
• Scooter 125cc : A1 and 19 years old
• Scooter 150cc: A2 and 21 years old
• Scooter 300 : A3/A and 25 years old
• Quad 300 and 310 cc : AM and 21 years old
• Quad 450 cc : AM and 23 years old
• Quad 520 cc : AM and 25 years old

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: 3 days (low season)

CREDIT CARD: VISA – AMERICAN EXPRESS – MASTERCARD  (payment only on deposit)

INSURANCE: the leasing fees include the following covers: (a) Death and / or personal injury to third parties (b) Material damage inflicted on third parties (c) third party property Damage inflicted after the theft of the vehicle are covered.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW): On condition that the road traffic has not been violated, the responsibility of the tenant, can be reduced by 80% (with a deductible of 20% paid by the lessee) for a daily surcharge

INSURANCE THEFT: Theft insurance included.

GASOLINE: The customer pays for the gasoline consumed during the rental period.

DELIVERY / WITHDRAWAL BY: Delivery or collection of the vehicle not during working hours of the company has a surcharge of 10.00 EUR, however contact us we may offer you a better deal.

EXTRA EQUIPMENT: helmet if returned to the shop will have a minimum of 50 euro cost.

FINES: Fines resulting from any violation of traffic rules during the rental period are charged to the renter.

CANCELLATION: Free within 7 days before the start of the rental

ROADSIDE AND TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE: From 09:00 to 21:00

SCOOTER/QUAD NOT AVAILABLE: In case of unavailability of the scooter or quad, one of the same displacement or higher will be delivered (according to your license).

RETURN: From 09:00 to 21:00 it is free. From 07:00 to 8:30 or from 21:00 to 23:30 a surcharge of € 15 applies
